Methodology
The success of any National Development Programme especially in the area of public procurements depends on effective and efficient mechanisms for Monitoring and Evaluation of the procurement processes. This success is a measure of whether the procurement follows the Federal Government of Nigeria – FGN due process. To ascertain whether the project is completed on schedule, as designed, of high quality, and within the budget as well as satisfactorily providing the expected impact or benefits after commissioning.
To achieve these objectives, the procurement must be well conceived, prepared, transparent, and implemented. Designs, contract documents, and specifications as well as the final reports have to be produced. It is appreciated that the appointed consultant shall be solely responsible for the assignment to be undertaken, and we shall accept responsibility for the work to be done.
