Planning
This involves the collation, analysis, processing of information relevant to project under consideration. The detailed study of facilities and available Utilities within the immediate vicinity of the project site is done and information on the political and all other information is collated, analyzed and presented in a way to readily assist client to take a meaningful decision. In addition, at this stage the client also will be advised on the project realization plans in accordance to growth rate and availability of funds.
Detailed Design
Information derived from the field condition studies, along with the client’s comments/observations on the proposed plans will be evaluated and translated into detail design taking into consideration simplicity, functionality, cost effect visa- a- visa the befitting status of the scheme. Our personnel are acquainted with the state-of-the-art engineering software’s like.
Project Supervision / Monitoring
To ensure that the designs prepared are implemented to specification, and within a reasonable cost limit, the firm complements the pre – contract service stage with periodic or full residency supervision depending on the needs. Interpretation of designs, specifications, etc. is ensured. Clients are informed periodically about the progress on site(s), problem, etc. Similarly, periodic valuation of works done is carried out. progress of works and the best way for Clients will be advised from time to time on the early procurement of materials needed for the project.
